Accommodation instructions

Here is the information about rules and responsibilities that you have to respect during the staying at cottage Synka:

• Only guest who has first registered , can be accommodate at cottage. The guest has to show his identification card, passport or other actual document.
• We can offer you another accommodation than settled in the specific case,but only if it´s not very different from the registered order.
• You can accommodate from 13,00 till 16,00 p.m. on the arrival day. You can settle another time to accommodate with the cottage owner personaly or by phone.
• You have to leave the cottage till 10,00 a.m. on the departure day.
• You have to pay price accord to the Price list by cash at the arrival day.
• Please keep the silent hours from 22,00 p.m. till 06,00 a.m.
• You are not allowed make any changes on equipment , make any interferences in to the electric or any other installation without the agreement of the cottage owner.
• You are not allowed use your own electric or gas mobile appliances in the rooms. This instruction don´t concern electric appliances for personal use (shaver, massage machine, hair drier etc.)
• There is exact restriction of smoking in the rooms.
• You are not allowed to leave children under 10 years without the care of adult in rooms or other areas of the cottage. By the accident or other unexpected cases the responsible person for child is the person, who is the child registered with.
• You should inform the cottage owner about any problem.
• We do not change bedclothes and towels daily – it´s for whole staying. We charge for the oftener changing of bedclothes 6,34€ (200,- Sk) and for towels 1,66€ (50,- Sk).
• Your responsibility is to close water taps, turn off the lights in the room and bathroom, lock the door and the front door before leaving the cottage.
• The animals are allowed with the agreement of the cottage owner only, but the document about it´s health condition is necessary.
• The guests have to keep provisions of this accommodation order. In the case, that you will break it, the cottage owner is able to cancel the contract and apply for compensation for possible average.
• Parking place is not guarded.
• The cottage owner accept any improvements or complaints of accommodation and quality of services.
